1. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.0 Accessing this Site

These terms and conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of: this website (Site); and
the Virtual Office Address service provided by Inspiringr of Suite 802 Shaw Tower St. Francis Corner Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong, 1550 Philippines (we, us or our) to you through the Site (Service).
If you do not agree with all of these Terms, do not access or otherwise use this Site or our Service.

1.1 Use of the Service
We do not give you any advice as to the appropriateness or suitability of the Services for you. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that the Service you purchase through this Site meets your requirements.
This Site aims to provide you with clear and concise information. However, if you misinterpret such information we are not liable in any way for any such misinterpretation. Please contact us if you need to clarify something.
By utilising this service you undertake that you will not use the Service and/or address we provide to you as part of the Service in connection with or for the promotion of any illegal, profane or offensive activities, products or service, including illicit items, substances, pornography or any other product, service or content deemed illegal under Philippine law.

1.2 Comply with the law:
The Subscriber must comply with all relevant rules and regulations in the conduct of its business. The Licensee must do nothing illegal in connection with its use of the Centre address, phone number or call answering services.
1.3 Use of the Inspiringr Address:
If allowed in the purchased service the Licensee may use the Inspiringr address as its registered business address. Any other uses are prohibited without the Licensor’ prior written consent. Inspiringr reserves the right to terminate the service, the subscriber to be given a 3-months notice.
1.4 If the customer failed to make timely payment, the customer must cease the use of Inspiringr Address and its facilities, failure to cease the use of the address is prohibited and subject to P12,000 penalty plus the unpaid usage of Inspiringr address and amenities.
1.5 The extent of the Licensor’s liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor is not liable to the Licensee in respect of any loss or damage the Licensee suffers in connection with this agreement or with the services provided by the Licensor. The Subscriber agrees to use the services at its own risk. The Subscriber with this releases the Licensor and its agents, servants.
1.6 Exclusion of Consequential losses, etc.:
The Licensor will not in any circumstances have any liability for loss of business, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of or damage to data, third party claims or any consequential loss unless the Licensor otherwise agrees in writing. The Licensor strongly advises the Subscriber to ensure against all such potential loss, damage, expense or liability.
1.7 No Representation or Warranty as to Fitness for Use:
The Licensor does not represent or warrant that the services provided by the Licensor are suitable or lawfully be used for any purpose or business to be carried on by the Licensee.
1.8 Cancellation – Should you wish to cancel your subscription, payment is not refundable as per current billing cycle. Cancellation can be done anytime by logging in into your account at www.inspiringr.com or by writing to us.
1.9 Taxes – It is the main subscriber responsibility to pay the taxes generated from Inspiringr payment.

2.0 Litigation

In the event of court litigation by nonpayment or breach of any of the terms of this contract the parties now agree that the venue of such litigation would be in the proper courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila. Should judgment issue in favour of the Lessor, the Subscriber binds herself to pay the Provider all the latter’s litigation expenses and attorney’s fees which attorney’s fees shall in no case be less than fifty thousand (P50,000.00) pesos.

2. HOUSE RULES

These are the Provider’s House Rules which may change from time to time and which apply between the Provider and the Customer concerning the Inspiringr Virtual Office.
Accommodation
2.1 Upon Move-In: The Provider will ask the Subscriber to sign an inventory of all accommodation, furniture and equipment the Subscriber is permitted to use, together with a note of its condition, and details of the keys or entry cards issued to the Customer.
2.2 Signage: The Subscriber may not put up any signs on the doors of their accommodation or anywhere else that is visible from outside the rooms the Customer is using without written approval from the Inspiringr Virtual Office team. The Provider reserves the right to charge a fee for any signage and to specify its design to ensure it remains in keeping with the Centre’s design.
2.3 Property: The Subscriber must take good care of all parts of the Inspiringr Virtual Office, its equipment, fittings and furnishings that they use. The Subscriber must not alter any part of it.
2.4 Keys and Security: Any keys or entry cards remain the Provider’s property at all times. The Subscriber must not make any copies of the keys and entry cards or allow anyone else to use them without the Provider’s consent. Any loss must be reported to the Provider immediately, and the Customer must pay a reasonable fee for replacement keys or cards and of changing locks if required. This rule improves security levels of the Virtual Office. If the Subscriber is permitted to use the Virtual Office Centre outside normal working hours, it is the Subscriber’s responsibility to lock the doors to their accommodation and the Inspiringr Virtual Office when they leave. This is to ensure the safety of individuals and property at the Inspiringr Virtual Office.

Use

2.5 Entrances and Exits: The Subscriber shall not leave open any corridor doors, exit doors or door connecting corridors during or after business hours for security purposes and if the Subscriber does so, it will be at the Subscriber’s risk. All passages, not be obstructed by the Subscriber or used for any purpose other than egress and ingress. The Subscriber must keep public areas neat and attractive at all times.
2.6 Name and Address: At the Subscriber’s request and cost, the Provider is happy to include the Subscriber’s name in the house directory at the Business Centre, where this facility is available. The Subscriber must not use the Provider’s name in any way in connection with their business. The Subscriber may use the Inspiringr address as its business address subject to compliance with applicable law. Within one month of signing a Service Agreement and from time to time at the Provider’s request, the Subscriber must provide the Provider with an official document certifying their registered address, a copy of the identity card of the legal representative of the Company and a copy of the articles of association of the Company signed. The Customer may not use the Virtual Office as their registered address for service-of-process.
2.7 Employees and Guests: The Subscriber’s employees and guests shall conduct themselves in a businesslike manner; proper business attire shall be worn at all times; the noise level will be kept to a level so as not to interfere with or annoy other Subscriber. The Subscriber will abide by the Provider’s directives regarding security, keys, parking and other such matters common to all occupants. No part of the Office or the Inspiringr Virtual Office may be used for overnight accommodation.
2.8 Equipment: The Customer shall not, without the Provider prior written consent, store or operate in their office(s) or Inspiringr Virtual Office, any large business machine, reproduction equipment, heating equipment, stove, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, radio, stereo equipment or other mechanical amplification equipment, vending or coin-operated machine, refrigerator or coffee equipment. Additionally, the Subscriber must not conduct a mechanical business therein, do any cooking therein, or use or allow to be used in the building where the Inspiringr Virtual Office is located, oil burning fluids, gasoline, kerosene for heating, warming or lighting. No article deemed hazardous on account of the fire, or any explosives shall be brought into the Virtual Office. No offensive gases, odours or liquids shall be permitted. No firearms shall be permitted. The Inspiringr Virtual Office is intended to be used solely for office use.

3. YOUR PRIVACY

At Inspiringr, we are committed to protecting your privacy as an online visitor to our website. We use the information we collect about you to maximize the services that we provide to you. You may provide basic contact information such as your name, phone number, address, and email address to enable us to send information or process your product order and we may also collect additional information at other times, including but not limited to, when you provide feedback, change your content or email preferences, respond to a survey, or communicate with our customer support.

This Agreement incorporates our terms of business set out on attached Terms and Conditions, attached House Rules and Service Price Guide (where available) which you confirm you have read and understood. We both agree to comply with those terms and our obligations as set out in them. This agreement is binding from the agreement date and may not be terminated once it is made, except in accordance with its terms. Note that the Agreement does not come to an end automatically.
